(c) Consistent with subsection (a), for a child who has a developmental delay, disability, or individual care plan that may require special care or specialized equipment such as lifts, ramps, or safety vests during transportation, the parent/guardian shall provide written instruction to the owner/operator to be implemented during transportation. 794).
